The existing one-piece shower was removed and replaced with a zero-threshold, wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower, significantly improving mobility and ease of use.
Due to the modular nature of the home, the project required permits through the State of California agency overseeing modular housing, ensuring full compliance with accessibility and safety regulations.
